Refund Policy

It is presumed and agreed upon that once you have lodged your application with us, we will initiate the submission process within the timeframe outlined during your application. If you choose to ask for a refund after your application has been lodged, a service cancellation fee for the application may be deemed acceptable (31EUR). This is only valid if your application hasn’t been forwarded to the New Zealand Government. However, please be aware that refunds due to personal alterations or simple travel cancellation may also be declined. Thus, it’s important to follow the instructions detailed on our website. For refunds that are reimbursements unrelated to the New Zealand government-approved rebates, our legal team will make a determination within 72 hours of their review.

All transactions are processed in EUR. Upon your written contract withdrawal request, your refund will be credited in EUR and completed within three working days. Once the payment is received, your bank or credit card company may convert it into your local currency. The same EUR amount charged will be returned to you.

  • Your full name (as it appears in your passport).
  • Passport number.
  • The email used for registration on this website.

For multiple applications, please list all names and passport numbers. All refund requests will be assessed within 72 hours.
